Tied on a Yasuhiro Ogasawara iron. Actually happy with this one since I took my time and focused a little more. I used real IC feathers but they did stand out enough so had to revert to subs.

I've always had a soft spot for this pattern...and you've done it great justice. Fine looking hook too!!

Marty: I'm normally not a fan of bulbous shaped topping/wing constucts. Your dressing is a prime example of exception. The stout hook/dressing marriage is terrific. Sharpen your photos. Your excellent work deserves it

Yeah Dave, the "beefy" hook needs a bit of beefy dressing to balance both. I like GH a lot and this is a fine one. ............sharpness of photo would help too. {8^)
