Paul Rossman's Blue Kenya - Variation
#1
I made it to page 11 in Rare and Unusual II and came across this fly by Paul Rossman and it caught my eye for a couple reasons.

First it's a killer looking pattern and second, I work with a girl named Kenya and thought I'd tie it for her.

This is my take on Paul's fly with a couple variations.

I tied it on a Gaelic Supreme (Lee Schechter's Kinky Straight Shaft) size 8.

Thanks,

Jon

Like Ronn...I am a fan of this fly !!! Precision tying yet with a fishing fly's character. Paul would be quite happy with your tie...guaranteed.

Jon:  Rossman flies are an automatic attention getter for me.  I hope he views your interpretation.  I think he would be pleased.  Everywhere I look I see excellence, beauty, and a studied appreciation for the magnificent materials we work with.
