My tying slump this winter continues!! Finally managed to put something together for my friends here to see. Took about a week and I tried out one of Gordaux’s nice hooks, thanks George !!
Bit of a variant this one, underwing is full tippets left nice and long, subbed red for claret in the wing cause I had no claret, shame. As always comments welcome

Nice dressing Dave! Good job on the triple throat as well as the wool head. The last one I tied I forgot to tie in the BM roof.

Thanks. The triple throat was a cinch, been tying Irish lake wets for a while some of them have 5 or 6 hackles!!

The head is meant to be hurl, but like many I bottled it!!

No mistaking your work Dave...and great to see it again!!! One sweet looking fly, and I too like how well you did that triple hackle throat.
My pleasure on the hook thing...you did Gordeaux's work justice.
